Back Office Admin Responsibilities:
*In charge of payroll for the whole company ( Includes reports, edits on punching in/out)
*Help with reconciling cash close outs and bank deposits from all 24 locations
*Assists Operations Manager in inventory reconciliation and inventory counts
*Assists General Manager and District Manager in back office duties
Back Office Admin Qualifications:
*Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
*Strong verbal communication skills Availability in flexible scheduling;
*Preferred Basic computer skills
*High school diploma or GED;
