Your location, as an appointment scheduler would be at Burbank, IL (79th Harlem)


Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of the Appointment Scheduler position is to make outbound calls to businesses and consumers, scheduling appointments for our sales team to follow up with clients. Work in a performance driven environment with daily goals for each project. Take direction from all center management team and maintains a positive, motivated attitude.

  • Reach out to potential Sprint clients to find interest in purchasing our products and services.
  • Follow a proven process.
  • Uses responsive listening (mirroring) to provide appropriate situational responses as required.
  • Meets and maintains project goals for each project.
  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ability to react quickly on questions with Sprint business plans.
  • Accept all coaching and counseling with a positive attitude.
  • Continually demonstrates interest in and motivation for all programs that are active on the call floor.
  • Responsible for staying focused on getting appointments daily, setting up and prepared for the next call.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Outbound call center experience a plus.
  • High school diploma and or some college a plus.
  • Strong communication (sales) and persuasion skills; good telephone techniques and skills.
  • Team player, pro-active, positive attitude at all times.
  • Ability to take direction, follow through and multi-task; ability to work under pressure and meet changing requirements in a fast paced environment.
  • Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm work schedule.

Pay is Hourly
